Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

Liven up your asparagus with these simple, fresh ingredients.


  • 1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 oz shaved parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. On a sheet pan, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes or until just golden and tender.
  4. Place on a serving platter. Drizzle lemon juice over asparagus and top with shaved parmesan.
