In addition to a busy career, Percy raised four daughters who are now grown. Currently, as he approaches retirement and begins to think about the next phase of life, he wants to concentrate on making healthy changes. With his wife, Lux, and his daughters’ support, he knows that it is finally time to focus on himself. When his daughters heard about Project Transformation, they encouraged him to enter because they’re concerned about their father’s present state of health. More than anything, they want their dad to be healthy enough to walk them down the aisle and to be able to play with his future grandchildren. They knew that Project Transformation would be an effective way for him to learn nutrition, fitness and life balance strategies to control his diabetes. Through Project Transformation, Percy has the opportunity to implement lasting lifestyle changes which can help increase his longevity and see his family’s wishes fulfilled. Percy’s main goals upon beginning the journey are to improve his well-being, slow down the negative effects of aging and control his diabetic condition.
