As a single mother to two grown children and one very active 15-year-old daughter, Christy entered Project Transformation with a very personal goal. More than anything, she wants to be healthy and fit enough to go for a run with her youngest daughter, who is a cross country runner for her school. In the past, Christy always prioritized the needs of her children over her own, and due to this she has been traveling in the reverse direction health-wise for the past 20 years. Recently, however, she has been working her way back towards the person she wants to be on the inside, but needs to learn the necessary skills from the experts at California Health & Longevity Institute to transform herself on the outside. With a family history of obesity, heart disease, cancer, stroke and diabetes, Christy is also very motivated to change directions in her life to avoid these negative health consequences. She now feels that she is finally in the correct place and mindset to make positive changes in her life. At the Institute, Christy has been participating in a custom-designed transformation program that includes hypnotherapy and energy healing sessions with Barbara Savin, the Institute’s Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energy Healing Specialist. These treatments have enabled her to embark on her external transformation journey.
