Stress Relief Package Eases Tension

(December 8, 2008) Westlake Village, Calif.—With economic woes dominating the headlines, who couldn’t use a bit of stress relief?  Guests reserving the Stress Relief day package at California Health & Longevity Institute and The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village enjoy tension release with a choice of one complementary and alternative medicine treatment and a 50-minute Therapist’s Choice massage.  Complementary and alternative therapy options include a stress reduction consultation, acupuncture, acupressure, hypnotherapy or healing touch.  Steven Tan, M.D., MTO, L.Ac., one of the country’s leading stress experts and integrated physicians, developed the complementary and alternative medicine programs at California Health & Longevity Institute.

In addition to the package, guests can relax further by enjoying eucalyptus steam rooms, dry saunas, orchid-accented lounges, whirlpools and other amenities of The Spa at Four Seasons.  On the day of treatments, guests can also take advantage of the heated indoor pool, 16,000-square-foot fitness center and a daily schedule of yoga and fitness classes.
