Institute Experts Share Health Strategies During Complimentary Fall Speaker Series
CALIFORNIA HEALTH & LONGEVITY INSTITUTE EXPERTS SHARE HEALTH STRATEGIES DURING COMPLIMENTARY FALL WELLNESS SPEAKER SERIES
(Westlake Village, Calif.) - Local residents can learn tips and strategies to instill health and well-being in their lives from California Health & Longevity Institute experts during a complimentary wellness speaker’s series this fall. These dynamic and free presentations include the following topics: “Stress and Its Impact on Your Health,” “The Power of Sleep,” “Cardio Conditioning and Weight Management” and “Strategies for Healthy Eating.” The series is planned on four Thursdays this fall at 7 p.m. Prior to each presentation, attendees can meet the experts in medicine, nutrition, fitness and life balance from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Tours will also be available.
