Lifestyle consultants engage guests in implementing sustainable changes in the areas of relationships, health and work through private consultations, interactive workshops and personalized guidance before, during and after a program at California Health & Longevity Institute. During one-on-one consultations with a lifestyle consultant, guests learn powerful behavior change strategies driven by evidence-based research to make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. In addition to personal guidance, a variety of life balance workshops provide lessons that can make inroads to better living, through the application of small, comfortable steps. Sample workshop topics include “Developing an Immunity to Stress,” where guests learn about a collection of ancient and current innovative strategies for stress prevention and management. Participants practice a variety of simple techniques that will strengthen their immunity to stress. “Passion! Realizing Your Full Potential” is designed to inspire creativity and keeping energy high, regardless of life circumstances. In “Changing for Good,” guests learn how kaizen, the technique of taking very small steps to achieve large goals, is the most effective way to achieve consistent levels of success in making lifestyle choices.
