As Director of Dermatology for California Health & Longevity Institute, Dr. Ronald Moy employs all the latest proven methods to rejuvenate skin and make it look younger. His goal is to teach patients how to detect and prevent aging skin and skin cancers, as well as to use non-invasive new techniques - including the latest laser technology—in treating the skin. Board certified in dermatology, Dr. Moy was elected to the 2007-2008 Best Doctors in America, a database distinction that is determined by his clinical peers. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed his residency program at UCLA. A Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Dr. Moy has also been president of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, past president of the Pacific Dermatology Association and Editor-in-Chief of Dermatologic Surgery. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Moy has published over 200 journal articles and recently wrote several textbooks about the subjects of cosmetic surgery, blepharosplasty and facelift textbooks. ![]() Lisa Chipps, M.D., M.S., F.A.A.D.Dermatologist
Dr. Chipps is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon with specialty in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, laser skin treatments, liposuction and general and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Chipps has a special interest in skin cancer education and prevention. She regularly volunteers for free skin cancer screenings through the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Skin Cancer Foundation. She also volunteers at the Venice Family Clinic and at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center as an attending dermatologist, taking care of underserved patients. Dr. Chipps earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her M.D. at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Dr. Chipps completed residency training in dermatology at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado and at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, in Torrance, California. She then completed a two-year fellowship in procedural dermatology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery and cosmetic surgery with Dr. Ronald Moy at UCLA. She has received awards for her research in skin cancer, published numerous studies in journals and has done many presentations at scientific meetings. As a Clinical Instructor on the UCLA faculty, she teaches dermatology and dermatologic surgery to residents and medical students. Dr. Chipps is on staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Jeffrey So, M.S., PA-CDermatology Physician Assistant
Jeffrey So is a California licensed Dermatology Physician Assistant working with the Moy-Fincher-Chipps Facial Plastics/Dermatology group for nearly 6 years. Jeff completed his Physician Assistant training at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. In addition to his background in primary care, he is trained in the areas of general dermatology, neuromodulators, facial fillers and lasers. Under the direct tutelage of Dr. Ronald Moy and Dr. Lisa Chipps, he continues to enhance his experience and knowledge on the most current techniques and procedures in the field of Dermatology. At the Institute, Jeff strives to provide high-quality, personalized care for all of his patients. |
