Personal Training 50 minutes $120, package of 12 personal training sessions $1,296
Receive private, expert instruction in fitness, yoga or Pilates emphasizing safety and proper techniques in a results-driven format. Our certified trainer will motivate and refine your existing program or create a new one that adds variety and fun. Available as individual sessions or as a package of 12.

Fitness assessments can complete the picture of how one’s body precisely functions and identify areas to be improved. With information from a deluxe medical physical, along with these assessment results, a customized exercise program can be developed with our fitness experts.
Body Composition (“BOD POD”) 25 minutes $95
Weight on the scale merely reflects a “quantity.” The “BOD POD” measures the “quality” of a person‘s weight or percentage of body fat and includes a mini-consultation with fitness expert to review results. This technique is extremely precise and takes just a few minutes while sitting comfortably.
VO2 Metabolic Testing 50 minutes $150
Considered the “gold standard” in cardio respiratory fitness testing, VO2 determines the amount of oxygen a person utilizes during exercise. Using this value and your heart rate, precise caloric expenditures can be determined at different training intensity levels. With this information, a custom cardio program can be designed to achieve personal goals, allowing you to train smarter, not harder.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) 30 minutes $85
This test takes the guesswork out of dieting by determining the daily calories you burn at complete rest. Based on this data, our experts can design an individual dietary plan that allows you to eat according to your metabolism.
Posture and Movement Assessment 50 minutes $150
This computer-based software evaluation and the expertise of fitness professionals are used to identify musculoskeletal imbalances. A corrective exercise program will be recommended to restore balance, posture and function.
Jump-Start Pack 50 minutes $165
Begin with a Body Composition (BOD POD) assessment, which is then reviewed in depth during a 50-minute consultation with an Exercise Specialist. This one-on-one session will provide meaningful tools and strategies to achieve or maintain optimal leanness for vitality and health.
Metabolic Testing Duo 90 minutes $199
Combine Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 assessments to provide information about your metabolism and endurance capabilities. These key measurements are essential to develop more specific fitness conditioning and nutrition programs that work for you.
Performance Evaluation 150 minutes $450
A combination of fitness assessments, including Body Composition (BOD POD), Metabolic Tests (VO2 and RMR) and a Posture and Movement Assessment, provides valuable data. Results are reviewed in a 50-minute one-on-one consultation with a fitness expert. Individualized recommendations are made.

This workshop educated you on the fundamental principles of results-driven fitness training, whether you’re a novice or seasoned exercise veteran. Learn practical techniques to create a blueprint for fitness.
Maintaining Functional Strength 50 minutes $150
Improve your ability to perform the activities of daily living without undue or excess fatigue. Learn how to stabilize your spine and protect your back through core training exercises utilizing various tools and techniques.
Interval Training 50 minutes $150
Boost the calories burned and bump your aerobic fitness to the next level with interval training. Learn about the role “anaerobic threshold” plays in endurance and gain hands-on experience with methods for monitoring workout intensity.
A variety of complimentary group classes are offered for California Health & Longevity Institute members and Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village guests. Taught by certified experts, these 50-minute classes work the body, while lifting the spirit and inspiring the mind. In addition to group classes, guests can take advantage of the fitness facility which includes an array of state-of-the-art exercise equipment including 25 pieces of cardio equipment each with its own TV monitor, a dedicated free weight area, free motion machines, a circuit of Matrix strength training equipment, stretching area, group exercise room, and a Mediterranean style indoor heated lap pool. Full service men’s and women’s lockers with sauna, steam showers, and all the amenities are included as part of any California Health & Longevity Institute experience or guest stay at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
