Scott Silveira, M.S., RCEP

Exercise Physiologist | Individual and Group Programs

Scott has been providing Southern California with first-class training, exercise testing, programming and health education for over 10 years. His philosophy is that fitness should be enjoyable and part of a well balanced, healthy lifestyle. Scott holds a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, AT Still University, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in Clinical Health-Site Work Promotion. Scott is also a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine and is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Vaughan Kastor, M.A.

Exercise Physiologist | Group Programs

Vaughan Kastor has a M.A. from CSUN in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and is an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In 1994, he started his own in-home personal training business and built a solid client base of executive professionals and athletes. Prior to that, he worked at a premier Los Angeles based health club as the Education Coordinator and Personal Trainer. Vaughan was a 1988 NCAA All-American in Track and Field at 800 meters and is a seven-time Masters National Champion.

Lisa Brinton, ACSM-CPT

Exercise Specialist | Group Programs

Lisa Brinton is a fitness professional with over twenty years experience. She started her career as a group fitness instructor and went on to become a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and has additional studies in the areas of childhood obesity, pre- and post-natal fitness and nutrition.

Lisa has a passion for working with the 40+ clientele, particularly women. Leading by example, Lisa hopes to motivate and encourage those in this age group to feel confident that they can live a fit and healthy life while also having the lean, toned and strong body they want no matter what their age. 

As an amateur fitness competitor and bike racer, Lisa thrives on sharing her passion for competition with others.

Brett Darrington, DC, ATC

Exercise Specialist | Group Programs

Brett Darrington earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1999 from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and soon after became licensed as an ATC, Certified Athletic Trainer. He began his career as an associate doctor for the AVP, Association of Volleyball Professionals and ASP, Association of Surfing Professionals. Dr. Darrington now runs an integrated practice with a focus on running gait, triathlon training, and high school sport. Dr. Darrington is also an active Assistant Athletic Trainer for Agoura High School and works with numerous high school and college cross country and track teams.  Dr. Darrington sponsors many Triathlon and Cycling teams and currently competes in Triathlon preparing for his 2nd Ironman in Germany, 2017.

Chris Stevenson, CSCS

Fitness Coach | Group Programs

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Chris Stevensen grew up as a multi-sport athlete who studied Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do competing in open martial arts circuits. In 1999, he moved to the West Coast to train with the top national martial arts professionals and quickly fell into stunt work. While he landed multiple roles in movies, television and live venues, teaching and training continued to be his true passion. Stevensen obtained his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and quickly became one of the most sought after personal trainers in Los Angeles.

He was employed by the Chiropractic Sports Institute where he became proficient in injury rehabilitation and bio-mechanics. He obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), one of the most recognized and respected specialties in sports medicine. As a faculty member, Stevensen’s seminars specialize in motivating and inspiring guests about personal health and fitness. His expert comprehension of fitness science and statistical data is a perfect complement to his genuine approachability and natural charisma.
