A variety of complimentary group classes are offered for CHLI® members  and Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village guests. Taught by certified experts, these 50-minute classes work the body, while lifting the spirit and inspiring the mind. In addition to group classes, guests can take advantage of the fitness facility which includes an array of state-of-the-art exercise equipment including 25 pieces of cardio equipment each with its own TV monitor, a dedicated free weight area, free motion machines, a circuit of Matrix strength training equipment, stretching area, group exercise room and a Mediterranean style indoor heated lap pool. Full service men’s and women’s lockers with sauna, steam showers and all the amenities are included as part of any CHLI® experience or guest stay at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
