In classes taught by our certified Registered Dietitians, learn healthful and easy-to-execute recipes that make balanced eating easy to do at home. These cooking classes take place in our Wellness Kitchen and provide thoughtful advice and informative tips and tricks to transform eating habits.

Wine & Dine
