- 1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 oz shaved parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- On a sheet pan, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until just golden and tender.
